Get to Know Dr. Craig Baginski
With well over 30 years of dental experience and counting, Dr. Baginski (call him Dr. B!) clearly has a talent for helping patients feel comfortable and satisfied in the treatment chair. He works closely with each unique individual to help them develop a treatment plan that’s realistic for their needs and wants while still resulting in a healthier, more confident smile that shines brighter. Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
One of Dr. Baginski’s youth baseball coaches was actually a dentist, and he saw firsthand how much of a respected and dedicated person he was in everyday life. This motivated him to follow the man’s lead into the oral healthcare field – and he hasn’t looked back since. He is the first dentist in his family, and better yet, both of his children have followed him into the profession too!
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Baginski’s college career started at Southern Methodist University, where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. He then went on to attend Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, graduating in 1985 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He has been a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Dallas County Dental Society, and the Texas Dental Association for over 30 years now. He is also a current member of the Seattle Study Club, which is a top leader in continuing education throughout the United States.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Baginski is happily married with two grown children and one daughter-in-law. Whenever he isn’t busy at work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and going on lots of trips together – in the past, they’ve gone yearly to Hilton Head, South Carolina and also embarked on cruises to Canada, Alaska, and The Caribbean. He is also an avid golfer and regularly plays on many iconic golf courses around the country. He’s even teed off in Scotland and Ireland!
