Karen is no stranger to dentistry... her husband, Dr. Craig Baginski, and both of her children are dentists! She was the project manager as they built their new dental office and is now spending more time working behind the scenes in order to keep everything running smoothly. She loves being able to spend so much quality time with her family while at work!
Karen is from right here in Garland, and she attended the University of Tennessee for her education. Whenever she has free time, she enjoys being around loved ones and playing tennis.
Netti hails from El Salvador, and she’s been working in oral healthcare for well over 15 years now. She loves spending time with the other team members at Dentistry By Brand – it’s such a great practice to be a part of! Education-wise, she has her Registered Dental Assistant license, as well as CPR certification and some training as a basic orthodontic assistant too.
Netti has four brothers (she is the only girl) and five dogs. Whenever she has free time outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer and reading a good book.
Michelle hails from Garland originally, and she studied at Richland Community College. As a part of the Dentistry By Brand family, she really enjoys being able to meet so many new, kind people through her position.
Michelle is the youngest of three siblings. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, catching up on TV, and shopping.
Angelia (you can call her Angie!) has an impressive 12+ years of experience in the world of dentistry. When asked, she shared the best part of her job is working with a team that shares the same mission and dedication for our patients. However, getting to meet patients and truly get to know them is a close second! She studied at Houston University and joined our team in 2021.
Another Texas native, Angie comes from a large family of simple, sweet people. In her free time, she enjoys working out, planning trips, going to the lake, and hanging out with children. Here’s something you may not know about her: she loves the water but can’t swim
Hong first joined our team in January of 2019, and but she’s been working in the oral healthcare field since 2001, starting as an assistant before becoming a hygienist around five years ago. Originally from Louisiana, she studied dental hygiene at Collin College. Her favorite part of this work is being able to provide high-quality care to patients in need that’s both gentle and thorough!
Today, Hong lives in the Rowlett area, and she and her husband Anthony have two sons named Brandon and Nathan. When she isn’t busy at work, she spends lots of quality time with her family and travels as well.
Kate has been working in the dental field for nearly 15 years so far, with a majority of that time spent as a hygienist. She completed her education at Baylor College of Dentistry. One of her favorite parts of this job is helping people learn the importance of their oral health and giving them the confidence to walk around with big smiles on their faces!
A Sachse native, Katie has a young son named Lincoln at home. When she isn’t busy at work, her favorite hobbies include working out, being outdoors, and playing with her son and their dog Maddie. She’s also very passionate about going on dental mission trips and has even been to Romania three times so far to care for underserved populations.
JanaLee is a recent graduate from the Collin College Dental Hygiene Program with certifications in nitrous oxide and laser therapy. She has several years dedicated to the profession of health care, prevention, and wellness. Her passion is helping people reach their health goals. She brings enthusiasm and compassion to our patients.
JanaLee grew up on a farm in Wyoming and has lived in Texas with her husband and two children for the past 13 years. She plans to continue her education and pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene at TWU. In her free time, she enjoys running and spending time at the lake on her SUP board and kayak.
Born and raised in Texas, DeAndrea completed her studies at Texas Woman’s University. Although she joined our team relatively recently, she has more than five years of experience under her belt. For her, the best thing about her job is meeting people and sharing experiences.
Outside of dentistry, DeAndrea’s interests include cooking, traveling, fitness, and spending time with loved ones. She also loves spicy food!
Courtney loves being a Dental Hygienist because she gets to provide gentle and thorough care to those in her treatment chair. However, meeting new people and building on relationships with her current patients are her favorite aspects of her job! She studied at John Brown University and Texas A&M/Baylor College of Dentistry before becoming certified in monitoring the administration of nitrous oxide and CPR.
Originally from Rowlett, TX, Courtney comes from an awesome and supportive family. She loves spending time with them, working out, watching new and classic movies, and trying out new restaurants in her free time. One thing you may not know about her: she played collegiate basketball in Northwest Arkansas.
Originally from Garland, Cassy has been working in the dental field for over 15 years. In addition to her RDA status, she is CPR-certified. She really enjoys being able to provide patients with high-quality care so directly, as well as building warm relationships with them over time!
Outside of work, Cassy and her husband have a son named Eric and a daughter named Savannah. There’s nothing else she’d rather do in her free time than spend it hanging out with her family.
Antonio attended DCI Health and Training for his dental education, and today, he’s thrilled to be working alongside such wonderful dentists and team members. He loves meeting new people every day as part of his work!
Originally from Garland, Antonio was raised by the best single mom on the planet. In his free time, he really enjoys playing/watching sports (GO EAGLES), hanging out with loved ones, and traveling.
Originally from Washington, DC, Jessica has lived in the Garland area for over 15 years now. She studied dental assisting at ATI and has advanced training in CPR, FastBraces, and IV sedation for oral surgery. Today, she’s been working in oral healthcare for nearly a full decade! She loves that the staff feels like one big, happy family.
When she isn’t busy helping patients, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her close, caring family, traveling, learning about different cultures, and trying lots of new foods. She’s also extremely passionate about photography.
Jenifer was born and raised right here in Garland, TX. She recently joined our team after completing her studies at Richland College and Aspire Dental Assisting School. When asked about her favorite part of her job, she shared that it is being able to build genuine friendships with patients!
In her free time, Jenifer loves going to the gym with her friends and taking her dogs on walks. One interesting thing about her: she loves to travel to new places all around the world and take pictures of the beautiful scenery!
Although Samantha grew up in Lexington Park, MD, she attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After completing the US Career Health Dental Assisting Program, she earned her CPR certification. Since joining our team, she has loved being a part of our patients’ journey to better oral health!
Outside the office, you’ll most likely find Samantha hanging out with friends and family or traveling. Here’s something you may not know about her: she wants to go back to school to become a dentist!
Alexandra (or, as we call her, Ally) joined our team in 2021 with four years of experience under her belt. For her, the best thing about her job is finding a solution for each patient’s dental concern and restoring their pain-free smile. She attended Virginia College and now is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with her certifications in nitrous oxide and CPR.
Ally is a native Texan, and her family is loving, fun, and kind. Away from the office, she enjoys trying out food trucks, wine tasting, writing, listening to music, working out, and spending time with family. Here’s an interesting fact about her: she’s an Irish twin!
